Say hello to Bunty, a sweet and sassy tabby with black, white, and brown markings, including distinctive black stripes across her back. This gentle middle aged lady has a little tear on one ear and a charming drooping belly, which only adds to her unique cuteness.
Bunty can be easily startled and slow to adjust to new surroundings. Despite her initial shyness, Bunty is affectionate once she feels secure, especially with quiet and gentle people.
Bunty likes:
- Sitting and sleeping under blankets: She loves cosy, covered spaces.
- Sunbathing: Rolling around in a warm patch of sunlight is her idea of heaven.
- Laps: She enjoys curling up on a lap for a nap.
- Wand toys: Bring out her playful side.
- Head butts: Bunty gives the strongest head butts as a sign of affection.
Bunty doesn't like:
- New people: She's cautious around strangers (and may hide) but will warm up to those who are gentle.
- Loud noises and sudden movements: These make her nervous, including vacuum cleaners and even the sound of the neighbour's car.
- Belly rubs and rough petting: She prefers gentle strokes and pats.
Bunty is a quiet and caring cat who gets along well with people who are calm and patient. She's especially affectionate in the early morning and at night, seeking out attention and cuddles. She prefers being the only pet in the house and would thrive in a quiet, adult-only home. While she's happy to stay indoors, she occasionally enjoys exploring a small, fenced backyard.

To adopt from us you'll be required to have minimum an online meet & greet, a remote house check, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Our animals are fully vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being advertised. They are evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and any known issues are communicated. NOT NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS: indoor only/restrained to property & must be fed raw or vet prescription wet food.
We will communicate through every step of the process to ensure that the experience is excellent and your feline companion is the right fit. Read the contract for T&Cs for returns.
You must have residency in Australia to adopt from our group. If you are visiting or on a visa, talk to us about fostering instead!
