Nyxie is a sleek house panther, with a dancing tail and a loud meow, which he will use to announce his departure from the room. Nyxie's favourite things are, in no particular order: his foster Uncle Chappy and Uncle Arlo as he is more cat social than people social, chasing his own tail (even off the edge of a cat tower sometimes....) and WATER. Not just to drink mind you, he will inspect the shower immediately after his foster mum gets out and if he hears the kitchen sink turn on, well, THE RACE IS ON!
Nyxie would love to live in a quite home where he can take his time to get to know his new family, preferably with very few visitors. He can also take a bit to come out of his shell, so patience will be needed as he understands his new home, or when introducing him to new people. Nyxie needs a low stress life - when stressed he has been known to wee in weird places (behavioural) such as the bathtub over the drain and in water bowls. Water fountains are safe though. Thankfully this is now a thing of the past.
Nyxie is also allergic to salamactin based flea treatment (bravecto seems to be fine) and he is currently being transitioned from a urinary care diet to a raw food diet (by slowly increasing the percentage of raw food in his meals).

To adopt from us you'll be required to have minimum an online meet & greet, a remote house check, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Our animals are fully vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being advertised. They are evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and any known issues are communicated. NOT NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS: indoor only/restrained to property & must be fed raw or vet prescription wet food.
We will communicate through every step of the process to ensure that the experience is excellent and your feline companion is the right fit. Read the contract for T&Cs for returns.
You must have residency in Australia to adopt from our group. If you are visiting or on a visa, talk to us about fostering instead!
